Contents of Class	Machines to practise with
1. Weft sewing work with CW433-3H for making wefts used in (1) making hair extension, weavon (2) making general (fashion) wigs, wiglets	Our Class for Wig-manufacturing is done with one of the following Wefting Machines for producing Weft ( Weavon): <> CW433-3H <> CW433-2N1N <> CW432-2H-FIBER (Synthetic fiber only) When you can make wefts, you can produce various styles and designs of Hairpieces as well as Wigs.
2. Hi-posting sewing work with CW435-HP for putting wefts onto a wigcap to be a Wig. Wefts are to be posted ( sewn) onto a Wigcap to be a M/Made Wig.
3. How to make (machine- implant hairs onto ) Skin Parting, Skin Crown, or Skin Top of Wigs with CW440-HI For giving natural hair style on top of a wig; or skin parting or skin crown at the top part of a wig, CW440-HI is used.
4. How to make Human Hair permanent curled curly or wavy with CW461HH ( used in making Wigs, Toupees, xtensions, Hairpiece in weft or in Bulk, etc)
5. How to make Synthetic fiber become curly or wavy with CW463FR( used in making synthetic Wigs, Toupees, Hairpieces, etc )		CW463-DRY-404050 For small business ( wig shop owners), we have a small size; (Inside Size)400mmx 400mm x 500 mm
The Machines ( 1.2.3 ) are for Machine Made Wig-manufacturing. The machines ( 4,5) are for most of hair materials used in making most of hair goods ( Wigs, Toupees, Hairpieces, wefts, etc) except crimping braids, human hair, Synthetic fiber used for mainly Africans.	We have been making & up-grading Wig-related Machines with (1) the experience of making machines and with (2) more than 20 year-experience of making wigs ( machine made, hand-tied ), Toupees, Human Hairpeices, and other hair goods with such machines. 1993, a man from Mexicocame for our 1st Hands-On-Training for weft making with W433-3H
with the 3 sewig head produced by us for his training and purchase.

We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

Since 1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of wigs, toupees, hairpieces, and hair materials,
working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In parallel with product manufacturing, we have developed, produced, and supplied the machines and process systems used in wig production—
including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment—
as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bonding adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants,
through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.
These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses,
and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.

Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats,
welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters,
and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency,
cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations,
