THE COURSES ( CLASSES) ABOVE ARE FOR A BEGINNER WHO HAS NO EXPERIENCE OF OPERATING SEWING MACHINES, BUT CAN BUY WEFTS.

WEFT-MAKING IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR A BEGINNER OF SEWING MACHINES TO LEARN, AND MAINTAINING THE WEFT-MAKING MACHINE specially 3 Head Wefting Machine IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR BEGINNERS. OUR WIG MAKING CLASSES ABOVE <WG1>, <WG2>, <WIG3>, <WIG4> ARE FOR ONE WHO WANTS TO WIGS WITH (USING) WEFTS MADE BY OTHERS.

<WG5 = Full Course Wig-making Class> MEANWHILE, IF YOU WOULD LEARN (1) HOW TO MAKE WEFTS AND (2) HOW TO MAKE WIGS WITH THE WEFTS YOU WILL PRODUCE, PLEASE TAKE <WG-4> ABOVE AND ONE OF "WEFT-MAKING CLASSES" introduced at http://www.wefting.com .

IF YOU HAVE OPERATED ANY KINDS OF SEWING MACHINES FOR YEARS AND CAN DO SIMPLE MECHANICAL TROUBLE-SHOOTINGS (adjustment/change of the tension amount of the sewing thread coming from an undertable bobbin, replacement of springs shown on sewing heads, re-setting or change of number of stitches per inch, etc) YOU CAN TAKE A SHORTER PRIOD OF WIG-MAKING CLASS, or A MORE PROFESSIONAL WEFT MACHINE (more productive, but complicate)

How to make Wigs (Machine Made)

Machines to practise with
1. Weft sewing work with CW433-3H for making wefts used in
(1) making hair extension, weavon
(2) making general (fashion) wigs, wiglets
 		Our Class for Wig-manufacturing is done with one of the following Wefting Machines for producing Weft ( Weavon):

<> CW432-2H-FIBER (Synthetic fiber only)

When you can make wefts, you can produce various styles and designs of Hairpieces as well as Wigs.

2. Hi-posting sewing work with CW435-HP for putting wefts onto a wigcap to be a Wig.
Wefts are to be posted ( sewn) onto a Wigcap to be a M/Made Wig.
3. How to make (machine- implant hairs onto ) Skin Parting, Skin Crown, or Skin Top of Wigs with CW440-HI

For giving natural hair style on top of a wig; or skin parting or skin crown at the top part of a wig, CW440-HI is used.
4. How to make Human Hair permanent curled curly or wavy with CW461HH
( used in making Wigs, Toupees, xtensions, Hairpiece in weft or in Bulk, etc)

 
5. How to make Synthetic fiber become curly or wavy with CW463FR( used in making synthetic Wigs, Toupees, Hairpieces, etc )

1993, a man from Mexicocame for our 1st Hands-On-Training for weft making with W433-3H
with the 3 sewig head produced by us for his training and purchase.
 

 

We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

Since 1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of wigs, toupees, hairpieces, and hair materials, working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In parallel with product manufacturing, we have developed, produced, and supplied the machines and process systems used in wig production— including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment— as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bonding adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants, through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.
These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses, and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.

Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats, welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters, and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency, cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations,
adapt materials, and create new production methods that work not only in theory, but in real factories and real markets.

As a result, our chemical products, materials, and process systems are shaped by actual production results—
delivering stable performance, consistent quality, reduced failure rates, scalable processes, and commercially viable outcomes.
