Hi John
I’ve done my first test and seems to be pretty good,
I’m just waiting for my oven to be delivered,
Just a few questions
1. Is it best to use a clarifying shampoo?
2. Does the oven make it a lot better ?
3. if I use more solution do I get a better effect ?
Just wanted to say thankyou as I can see one I get a little better this is really going to work well. |

1. Is it best to use a clarifying shampoo?
Your question makes me think again about one very important point: human hair is a natural material, not a uniform factory-made product like synthetic fiber.
Each hair strand, or each bundle of hair to be treated, may behave differently depending on the type and quality of the hair, its previous chemical processing, its present condition, and the effect you want to achieve.
If the hair is relatively strong and healthy, a clarifying shampoo can be useful for removing oil, silicone, conditioner residue, and other buildup before applying JK-HairCoat.
However, if the hair has already been weakened by heavy bleaching, repeated chemical processing, heat treatment, or long-term use, I would avoid using a strong clarifying shampoo. In that case, I would recommend using a mild, silicone-free shampoo instead.
If possible, it is always better to test a small section first.
The important point is not simply to use more JK-HairCoat, but to use the proper concentration and amount and to distribute the solution as evenly as possible over every hair strand.
If you tell me what type of hair product you are treating and its present condition, I can also suggest a suitable starting concentration for your test.
2-. Does the oven make it a lot better ?
It may or may not, depending on the hair.
Each wig, hairpiece, or bundle of hair may respond differently depending on the type and quality of the hair, its previous chemical processing, its present condition, and the result you want to achieve.
Therefore, oven treatment does not necessarily make every wig or hairpiece better. For some hair, proper heat treatment can help produce a better result, while for other hair—especially severely bleached, chemically processed, or damaged hair—lower-temperature drying or natural drying may be more suitable.
3. if I use more solution do I get a better effect ?
Using more solution does not necessarily produce a better result. Once the hair is sufficiently and evenly wetted, using excessive solution may simply waste the product rather than improve the coating effect.
Because JK-HairCoat is an emulsion-based formulation, some of its emulsifying and carrier components may remain on the hair as residue if an excessive amount of solution is applied or if the solution is not evenly distributed and properly removed.
This residue can gradually cause build-up, and the hair may feel oily, heavy, or sticky.
For this reason, during the treatment, it is important to comb the hair thoroughly so that the solution is distributed as evenly as possible over every hair strand. After treatment, the excess solution should also be removed properly with a spin dryer.
The important point is not to use more JK-HairCoat, but to use the proper concentration and amount, distribute it evenly, and remove the excess solution before drying.

Hello C...., ...... From: John Yim / AUG 19, 2026 6:06pm (Korea time)
Hello,
If you view the page below, you will see that Class 03 is US$1,000.00 for the online course.
However, before recommending that course to you, I would like to understand what kind of hair work you actually do.
If you process raw human hair from the beginning, there are many technical areas that I can teach, such as deep washing, physical softening of the hair, cuticle treatment, conditioning, and other processing techniques. In such cases, the full training course can be worthwhile.
However, I understand that you mainly buy finished wigs and toppers, rather than processing raw human hair yourself.
If your main purpose is to recondition finished wigs, toppers, lace closures, toupees, or hair extensions, and especially to apply JK-HairCoat, the range of techniques that would actually be useful to you is more limited.
For that reason, I do not think it would be reasonable for me to charge you US$1,000 for the full online course when much of the course may not be relevant to your work.
The technical guidance that you would need for using JK-HairCoat on finished hair products is, in my opinion, at a level that I can provide free of charge to customers who purchase JK-HairCoat from me, with the minimum order of US$150.00.
So, if you tell me more about exactly what type of wigs or hair products you handle, how you wash or recondition them, and what problems you are trying to improve, I can advise you more specifically. |
|
If you have any questions or problems while using JK-HairCoat, please feel free to let me know anytime.
I’ll be happy to guide you and help you solve any problems you may have.
Also, whenever you have time, I would appreciate it if you could occasionally share your results and feedback with me after using JK-HairCoat on different wigs and hair toppers. Your actual experience is always useful and interesting for me to know. |

{20260818-Phil/Manila} == Synthetic Fiber (Colors of High Heat Resistant Fiber)
Could we consider your fiber as an alternative? How closely do your colors match our samples?
|
|
 |
I have received your color samples, as shown in the attached image.
(The attached image has a file size of 12.89 MB.)
The attached image shows 2 human-hair gray shades (Shade #1 and Shade #2) and 11 synthetic-fiber colors, for a total of 13 colors.
Our WigFiber-FTR-8608 color #1001 is similar to your human-hair Shade #1, and our color #60 is similar to your Shade #2. However, our corresponding WigFiber-FTR-8608 colors are slightly brighter and lighter than your human-hair samples.
As for your 11 synthetic-fiber colors, I do not see any colors in our current WigFiber-FTR color range that are exactly the same or very close matches to your samples.
Overall, many of your synthetic-fiber colors appear to be slightly darker and more muted than ours, and several of them have ashy, grayish, or slightly olive undertones. Our WigFiber-FTR colors generally appear somewhat brighter and clearer in comparison.
Please also note that colors in a photograph can vary depending on the camera, lighting, exposure, and white balance, and the same image may look somewhat different on different monitors.
For this comparison, I looked at the actual physical samples you sent me while viewing the photograph on both my laptop monitor and desktop monitor. I compared them side by side as carefully as possible.
I then edited the image and reduced the file size so that it could be conveniently attached to this email.
Of course, some degree of my own subjective color perception may also be involved in this shade assessment. Therefore, please use my comments and the attached image for reference only.

{Q-2026080-USA/Alta loma} == JK-HairCoat
On the two hundred gram of JK-HairCoat, how many wigs can I treat |
|
 |
With 200 g of a JK-HairCoat formulation, you can treat 200 wigs.
|
|
3 ml or 5 ml (3 or 5 g) and 1,000 ml of water ( 1Liter or 1 Kg of water) for 5 wigs having 200 g hair each.
200 g/5 g (5 ml)= 40
40 x 5 wigs = 200 wigs
With 200 g, you can treat 200 wigs.
With only 3 g (or 3 ml) of JK-HairCoat, approximately 1 kg of human hair can be treated
? equivalent to five full wigs (200 g each), ten hair extensions (100 g each), or ten wefts (100 g each).
This is possible because JK-HairCoat is a highly concentrated micro-emulsion, engineered
to form an ultra-thin, uniform ionic surface coating, rather than relying on volume.
|
As verified by professional evaluators, this micro-coating delivers beautiful shine, remarkable results,
and natural movement, while maintaining softness, silkiness, and tangle-free performance
? even after dozens of washes.
“Beautiful shine. Natural movement. Proven durability ? wash after wash.”
“Ultra-thin ionic coating that keeps hair smooth, silky, and tangle-free over time.”

{Q-20260814-FRANCE/Montrouge} == JK-HairCoat Formulations' Effects |
|
 |
Q1. Which product of JK-HairCoat would you recommend for straight human hair?
Ans: The choice of formulation is not strongly related to whether the hair is straight, wavy, or curly.
The more important factors are the hair quality, previous chemical processing, degree of damage, surface condition, and the effect you want to achieve.
Q2. Which product would you recommend for curly and wavy human hair?
Ans: Again, whether the hair is straight, wavy, or curly is not a major factor in choosing the formulation.
The selection should be based more on the condition and quality of the hair and the particular finishing effect you want.
Q3. Which provides the strongest and most durable anti-tangling effect?
Ans: For the strongest and most durable anti-tangling effect, I would recommend JK7882-SEV.
Q4. Which best preserves the natural curl/wave pattern?
Ans: Preserving the natural curl or wave pattern is not mainly determined by the formulation itself.
Whether the hair is straight, wavy, or curly has relatively little relation to the choice of formulation.
Q5. Can these products be combined? If so, which combinations and ratios would you recommend for straight, wavy and curly hair?
Ans: The formulations have approximately 80% of their basic functions and effects in common, while each formulation has some additional characteristics and slightly different finishing effects.
Therefore, they can be combined, but I do not recommend choosing a mixing ratio simply according to whether the hair is straight, wavy, or curly.
It is better to first test each formulation separately on your own hair, compare the results, and then experiment with combinations if you want an intermediate or customized effect.
Q6. What is the smallest quantity of each product that you can supply for testing?
Ans: After reviewing the information about your different JK-HairCoat products, I would actually be interested in testing three products:
- JK7882-SEV
- JK7885-RST
- JK7889-EmC
In case of 200 g size: 1 pc / 1 formulation
In case of 80 g size: 2 pcs / up to 2 formulations
I case of 50 g size: 3 pcs / up to 3 formulations
Therefore, for your test, you can order three different formulations in 50 g each.
FedEx shipping to France is US$43.80 for a parcel up to 500 g gross weight.
Q7. What would be the total price for all three products, including FedEx shipping to France?
Ans: For a trial/test kit consisting of three formulations, 50 g each.
The total price is .......

{Q-20260813-USA/Woburn} == Hair's Sticking Up on the Wig Base ( How to Fix Hair Sticking Up on the Wig Base)
The main issue is all the hairs sticking up when they come usually from the manufacturer of the hair is silky smooth without all the little hairs sticking out |
|
 |
When we make a wig using 20" hair, the hair is typically folded at a point about 6" from the root end, forming a 6" return (also called a 6" turnover, or 6" of return hair) and a 14" finished length.
Some factories try to make the return shorter ? for example, 4" or even less than 3" ? so that the same 20" hair can produce a 16" or 17" finished wig length.
The reason is commercial: a wig with a 16" or 17" finished length can generally be sold at a higher price than a wig with a 14" finished length, even though the same original 20" hair is used.
In other words, shortening the return increases the usable finished length of the same original hair and can increase the profit margin. However, if the return is made too short, the short return hairs tend to protrude from the wig surface, creating visible flyaway hairs. |
|

The return hair(6" return side) is 6" long.
The return length is 6". |

{Q-20260812-USA/Woburn}
What is the best way to fix this shown in the 2 pictures? is it possible with your product? |
|
 |
Hello P...,
I saw the two photos. It is not easy for me to accurately judge the condition of the hair from photos alone.
From the pictures, the hair looks a little rough, dry, or possibly damaged, but a photo cannot tell me exactly what the real problem is.
Since you can see, touch, and comb the hair yourself, your description of its actual condition would help me much more than the photos.
For example, could you tell me:
- Does the hair feel dry, coarse, or rough when you touch it?
- Does it tangle easily when you comb or brush it?
- Does it feel stiff, brittle, gummy, or sticky?
- Is the main problem lack of smoothness or shine?
- Does it become tangled mainly after washing?
- Has the hair been bleached, dyed, permed, heat-treated, or chemically processed?
- What exactly would you like to improve or “fix” about this hair?
Once I understand the actual condition and the problem you want to solve, I can tell you whether JK-HairCoat may help and, if so, what application method would be best. |

{Q-20260812-USA}
Hi John,
When doing the treatment with the dip method can I make the solution more concentrated?
|
|
 |
Hi,
For the dipping method, my standard recommended concentration is 3:1000 — that is, about 3 g of JK-HairCoat per 1,000 g (approximately 1 liter) of water.
You can make the dipping solution somewhat more concentrated if necessary, depending on the hair condition and the result you want to achieve. However, I recommend starting with 3:1000 first rather than automatically increasing the concentration.
In my Use Instructions, I recommend a higher concentration such as 5:1000 or even 10:1000 mainly for the spraying method, because a certain amount of the solution is lost into the air during spraying and does not actually reach the hair.
With the dipping method, most of the treatment solution comes into direct contact with the hair, so 3:1000 is normally a good starting point.
However, a higher concentration does not necessarily give a better result. The proper concentration depends on the type, quality, previous chemical processing, and present condition of the hair, as well as the effect you want to achieve.
If you want to test a stronger concentration with the dipping method, I suggest first testing a small quantity of hair at 3:1000 and 5:1000 and comparing the results.
The important point is not simply to use more JK-HairCoat, but to apply the proper amount as evenly as possible to every hair strand.
If you tell me what type of hair you are treating and its present condition, I can also suggest a suitable starting concentration for your test. |
|
| |
 |
{Q-20260730-UK}
How long does 200g last |
|
 |
The amount used per wig is actually very small.
As a general guideline, 3 g or 5 g of JK-HairCoat is mixed with approximately 1 litre (1 kg) of water.
With this solution, you can normally treat about five wigs, assuming each wig contains approximately 200 g of hair.
If you are treating only one wig, you do not need to use the entire solution.
For example, you may use a smaller container with 100-200 ml of water, just enough to immerse the hair, and then add the JK-HairCoat in the same proportion.
The important point is to keep the same mixing ratio, regardless of the amount of solution you prepare.
If you are treating several wigs at the same time, you can simply immerse them together and gently turn and press the hair by hand so that the treatment is distributed evenly throughout every wig.
As you can see, one 200 g bottle will last for a very long time in a wig restoration business. |
|
| |
 |
Would I be able to add a drop to a spray bottle and use it as a leave in conditioner or is that process completely different and it has to be done like your YouTube video ? |
|
 |
Yes, certainly.
You may also sample one formulation for synthetic hair, so your Sample Kit can include three formulations:
Two formulations -JK7882-SEV, JK7885-RST for human hair (the two I recommended) ;
One formulation, JK7899-FR-HR for synthetic hair (for heat-friendly or normal synthetic hair)
For your first order only, I can make a special exception by offering a Sample Kit.
Instead of one 200 g product packed in a 200 mL bottle, you may choose three different formulations, each supplied as 100 g packed in a 100 mL bottle, at US$75.00 per formulation (3 × US$75.00 = US$225.00).
The total shipment (three 100 mL bottles, the product, bottles, and packing materials) will be approximately 700 g. Therefore, the applicable FedEx shipping charge will be US$54.10.
Regarding your second question, yes, spraying is also one of the recommended application methods.
The dipping method shown in my YouTube video is only one application method. Depending on the quantity of hair, the type of product, and the purpose of the treatment, I also recommend spraying, submerging, and several other application methods.
For spraying, the formulation is normally diluted with water. However, the dilution ratio (1 : 100) is usually higher than (3-5:1000) for dipping, because some of the solution is inevitably lost during spraying.
So yes, you can prepare a spray bottle and use it as a leave-in treatment. The important point is not the application method itself, but applying the correct amount of JK-HairCoat as evenly as possible over the hair.
I will also provide the recommended dilution ratios and application methods for each type of hair after your purchase. |

Q1. Does
John's HairCoats obstruct color dye in dyeing human hair wefts ? |
|
 |
A thin film (membrane layer) formed by HairCoat may slightly affect dye penetration. |
|
| |
However, when dyeing is performed with water at a high temperature, HairCoat does not significantly interfere with the dyeing process.
Hair dyes in salons can generally penetrate the HairCoat membrane without major difficulty.
In addition, when the hair is washed with water—preferably hot water—the microscopic pores in the JK-HairCoat membrane temporarily expand, allowing hair dye to pass through the membrane and reach the hair cuticle. |
 |
Q2. After Iron-hair
straightening, will the effect last ?
|
|
 |
Yes. The effects of JK-HairCoats remain after hair straightening with a flat iron. |
|
 |
Q3. Does
the JK-HairCoats damage the thread of wefts or affect hair color ? |
|
 |
No. John’s JK-HairCoat causes no change to the strength or quality of the sewing thread, and it does not affect the color of the hair. |
|
 |
I need your coating
anti tangle product for cuticle hair. |
 |
I can recommend JK7881-SoSi,
JK7882-SEV, JK7885-RST, JK7888-SHN, JK7889-EmC.
All haircoats are anti tangle products for
cuticle hair. Please view the List 1, the web page of . |

Subject : JK-HairCoat™ Spray Application April 4, 2026
I remember seeing on your website that some people put the hair coat solution into a spray bottle and they spray it on the wig to help to detangle it. Does the solution have to be freshly mixed and still hot? Or can a small batch of the solution be made and last for a few days in a small spray bottle? |
 |
Yes, JK-HairCoat™ can be used in a spray bottle for light application, such as detangling or surface conditioning.
The solution does not need to be hot, and it is not necessary to use it immediately after mixing.
You may prepare a small batch in advance and keep it in a spray bottle for a few days, provided that:
- It is stored at room temperature
- The container is clean and properly closed
- The solution is not contaminated during use
However, for best performance, we recommend using a freshly prepared solution whenever possible.
Also, please note:
Spray application may result in some loss of solution into the air, so a slightly higher concentration (compared to dipping method) can be helpful.
If you need, I can also suggest an appropriate mixing ratio for spray use.
Best regards, |
| |
| |
|
 |
How should JK-HairCoat be stored? |
 |
JK-HairCoat should be stored under the following conditions:
- Keep in a cool and dry place
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Store at room temperature (recommended: 5°C–25°C / 41°F–77°F), following standard storage conditions for most chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
Based on our experience, the product remains stable under normal indoor conditions over extended periods.
- Keep the container tightly closed
- Avoid exposure to extreme heat or freezing temperatures
|
| |
 |
Could you please provide a little more information about the condition of the blonde hair?
-
When you gently pull the hair strand, does it stretch slightly and return, or does it break immediately?
-
When you run your fingers along the hair from root to tip, does it feel relatively smooth, or does it feel very rough and resistant?
-
When the hair is wet, does it become very sticky or gummy, or does it remain relatively firm?
-
When you comb the hair, does it tangle easily, or does it remain manageable?
-
Under light, does the hair appear dull, or does it still show some natural shine?
These observations will help me better understand the actual condition of the cuticle and the internal keratin structure of the hair. |

| Meanwhile, for your reference and idea, we would put here Q & A re technical tips and information as follows. |
|
Treatment of any of our JK-HairCoat(s) can be accomplished very well when
you have Human Hair washed clean using water and shampoo.
Warm water (50 degrees Celcius) is better than cold water in washing hair.
Please use SILICONE-FREE shampoo.
For better washing, you can keep the Hair soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
or 30 minutes before washing with Sampoo.
You can enjoy good
& long-lasting effect of HairCoat(s) when you have the hair fully
dried after treatment.
Drying the
hair in an oven makes better (coating) effect than (natural) drying in air.
Using a spin-dryer (hydroextractor, home washing machine) can help you
save drying-time, but HairCoat or the ions of
the HairCoat can be somewhat
removed from the hair during the treated hair is being spin-dried.
If you are not pressed for time (if you are not
busy), we would suggest you should not use a spin-dryer,
but squeeze
the treated hair, and hang out the treated hair on a clothesline
( or place the hair on a net just like the below picture
with a hole size of 5 mm x 5 mm) until 80% of water can drip or drop down.
"80% dry" means hair feels wet but there is no water or solution dripping from the hair.
And then, dry the 80% dried
hair finally in a drying machine (an oven) just like our CW463-FR-0606060
at www.WigMachine.com.
You'd better use a tray/plate with holes in 4 or 5 mm diameter, or made
with metal net (just like mosquito net with holes in 5mm x 5mm).
D-1M. [ Drying with (in) a Drying Machine (oven)
]
(1) Temperature: 80 degrees C.
(2) Drying period (duration): 3 hours or until fully dried
(3) Natural & slow cooling: Please have the dried hair cooled
down slowly in the drying machine for a few hours at least.
Please do
not rub, brush, comb the hair while it is hot or warm.
After dried in an oven and cooled down, the hair is/looks stiff.
Please keep the hair between thumb and fingers, and gently rub or massage the hair.
Then the hair become soft and flexible.
When you do hackling of the dried hair for color blending, size blending, bundle making, etc,
you can spray the haircoat mixture lightly (a little, not to make hair wet)
over the hair for smooth & easy hackling.
Then, you should add(mix) X-ad for better effect. Please text me via WhatsApp if you do not know what X-ad is.
(4) Warning :: Please keep the inside of the oven clean. We can get rid of dust, hair particle with a vacuum cleaner.
When dust gets on hair, hair will feel rough and get tangled.
D2N. [ Natural Drying
] If
you do not have a drying machine (oven), you can dry the hair the natural way.
You can keep (hang out) the 80% dried hair on the (or a) clothesline in
air, or place the hair evenly and thin on a net as below.
Or, you can use
a small room with an electronic heater (hearth) as a drying room.
You can use (place the hair on) (x) an aluminium tray/plate with holes in 5 mm dismeter, 5 mm far from each hole, or (y) a net as below.

(1) Temperature: 20 degrees C is OK, but 30, 40, 50 degrees C are better for maximum coating effects than drying at 20, 30, 40 degrees C.
(Of course, higher temperature up to 80 degrees C. is better if available. )
(2) Drying period (duration): hours, until fully dried
(3) Warning :: Please keep hair out of dust, wind, direct sunlight.
When dust gets on hair, hair will feel rough and get tangled.
Wind will shake and wave hair(s), and eventually hinder(thwart) the very thin (0.005mm) layer of HairCoat formed firmly on the hair cuticle (surface).
Case-1:: If the temperature is 30 degrees C, the drying time should be more
than 15 hours or until fully dried.
Case-2:: In case the temperature is 50 degrees C., the drying time (duration)
should (will) be more than 10 hours.
#Test and get your own formula by checking dryness, temperature, duration, etc.
If you wash or condition the wet hair after treatment with HairCoat (-solution),
the effect will be less and cannot last long time. In a word, full drying
after HairCoat-treatment and before washing, or hair re-conditioning,
ironing, curling secures (creates) good (better) coating effect. |
<>
Storage
Please keep the Haircoat in the SHADOW (no sunshine) and at a COOL
place (not hot place, 5 ~ 15 Degree C.) just like the general storage way
for most of chemicals, medicines, or vegetables. Meanwhile, 25 degrees C does not cause serious problem to our HairCoats.
You can keep CW7882-SEV for many months if you do not put Water or any other
things into the CW7882-SEV ( or other HairCoats).
Some customers said " no change in quality after 3 years".
Just take out a little bit each time to be mixed with drinkable WATER for
each time of usage.
Please DO NOT KEEP HairCoat mixed with Water for next day's use, but for today's use as the mixture will
be SPOILED JUST because Water will be spoiled in a day, or days.

CW7882-SEV
in our use instructions can be regarded as the use instruction of CW7881-SS2, CW7885-RST, CW7888-SHN.
It can be regarded as the use instruciton for CW7889-EmC as well, but there is just one thing different, the mixing ratio.
The basic mixing ratios as follows
are for JK7881-SS2, JK7882-SEV, JK7885-RST, JK7888-SHN except
JK7889-EmC.
<> Mixture ratio: 0.3% ~2%, or more
" 1%" means " JK-HairCoat (CW7882-SEV):
Water = 10 grams : 1000 grams"
In case of 1%, we can call the mixture (solution) "1%",
"1%-SEV", or " 1% SEV solution"..
(1) JK-HairCoat (CW7882-SEV)
: Water = 3 : 1000 ( 0.3% solution)
(2) JK-HairCoat (CW7882-SEV) : Water = 5 : 1000 ( 0.5% solution)
(3) JK-HairCoat (CW7882-SEV) : Water = 10 : 1000 ( 1 % solution)
(4) JK-HairCoat (CW7882-SEV) : Water = 20 : 1000 ( 2 % solution)
( It is all
right for you to think "1 gram" is the same as "1 ml"
in case of water and our HairCoats.)
In mixing (making the solution) according the the above 4 kinds(cases)
of ratios, please put 5 or 10 grams of our JohnKorea-HairCoat for each of the
4 cases above.
( Please do not try to put 0.1 gram or 0.3 grams of JK7882-SEV
which are too small amount to weigh, measure, or see.
For example, for the ratio of 1 :: 100 ( 1% SEV solution), please mix (put)
5 or 10 grams of JK7882-SEV and 500 or 1,000 grams of water, not
1 grams of JK7882-SEV and 100 grams of Water.
(
1 gram = 1 ml, or 1 cc in case of water
and our HairCoats, not in case of LEAD, not COTTON )

| <AAA-LQ>
Large Quantity Hair Conditioning by SOAKING (IMMERSING)
When you would process (treat) Human Hair in large quantity (1 Kg ,5 Kgs,
10 Kgs or more)
at a time, Please make " 0.3%-SEV" ( CW7882-SEV: Water = 3 grams
: 1,000 Grams )
* The proper Temperature of Water is 40 ~ 45 Degrees C.
In fact, higher temperature of water works better for human hair
itself, but not very high, too hot to your hands.
* The proper amount of Water is as much as the Hair can be submerged under.
That is, if you make a mixture (solution) with 3
grams of JK7882-SEV and 1,000 grams of Water, you can treat 1 Kg (1,000
grams) of Human Hair or 10 pcs of 100 gram-weavons with the mixture.
1. Please prepare a plastic or metal container.
2. And, put Water (2,000 grams) in the container, and put CW7882-SEV (6
grams), and stir round and round to be mixed evenly.
3. Please have the hair dipped
(submerged) under the mixture (solution), and keep it for
5 seconds.
For the 5 seconds, please fumble or knead (massage) quickly the hair evenly
and allover with your hand, or other person's 2 hands keeping the hair
under the mixture.
4. And, take the Hair from the container ( or, the mixture) squeezing
quickly the mixture out of the Hair with a hand,
5. And, have quickly the hair dipped (submerged) in (under) the mixture
again fumbling and squeezing quickly the hair under the mixture for 5
seconds.
6. And, take the hair from the container squeezing quickly the mixture
out of the hair with a hand - same as under 4.
7. You can repeat the steps under 3(5) and 4(6) one time or two times.
8. After Step 6, (squeezing the mixture out of the hair), please have
the hair spin-dried to get rid of about 70% of water (mixture) using a
spin-drying machine (just like your home-washing machine) keeping 30%
of mixture. After spin-drying, you will/must feel wet with the Hair.
9. Have the hair dried completely in the shade.
For better effects, please use a drying machine just like our oven, CW463-DRY
at www.WigMachine.com.
* The mixture can not be effective after 1 time of use. So, for treating
new Hair, please make mixture again. |
|
* Dipping
for seconds or Soaking(Sinking) for minutes) using a (big) container
gives you much better ( coating-) effects than Spraying
because DIPPING, sapecially SINKING makes the solution ( or ions of HairCoat)
evenly delivered to every corner of every strand of hair evenly.
The mixture ratios depend on the condition, quality, texture, amount,
etc of hair to be processed (treated).
It is very important to have Hair or fiber washed off oil, dirt,
and any impurities before applying our John-HairCoat(s).
(Most of Human Hairpieces were treated with
Silicone based oils, etc.
Shampoo in Hair factories or Wig factories, and Rinse or Shampoo used
at homes have Hair coated with silicone oil and others. Such things decrease
the reaction, or the effects of John-HairCoats .
They must be washed off after 1 time of washing or, some times of washing
with water.)
Warm mixture ( 45 Degree C) help the ionic bonding
done better than cold one or very hot one.
OurJohn-HairCoats or the mixture (John-HairCoat
& Water) do not react with plastic containers, nor Water.
John-HairCoats have cation (positive ion) which works together with anion
(negative ion) of Human hair and Synthetic fibers. |
<BBB-D>
Wig-Treatment by Dipping (How to apply John-HairCoat(s) solution on wigs)
1. Please have Hairpieces or Wigs washed with general water before treatment.
2. Put our John-HairCoat(CW7882-SEV) and Water into a metal container in
the proper mixture ratio,
3. and, have Hairpieces or Wigs soaked (soused, wetted) in the mixture,
4. and, finger or fumble hairs very quickly (not making the hairs tangled)
so that the John-HairCoat can touch all the surface of each single hair
evenly.
5. and,dry it.
The treatment ( IONIC BONDING ) is done in several seconds. You
can comb hair straight with a wide teeth comb under the mixture (HairCoat solution)
in order to have hairs not tangled and have the (positive ions of ) JohnKorea-HairCoat
touch each entire strand of hair evenly.
There is not any special requirements in drying or styling the Hairpieces
treated with our JohnKorea-HairCoat with one exception that drying should be done in
the shade. PLEASE DO NOT USE A BRUSH, but A WIDE TEETH COMB JUST LIKE CW211-WH.
 |
| <BBB-SQ> Small
Quantity Hair Conditioning by SPRAYING
When you make mixture (solution) in small amount for SPRAYING on 1 pc
of Wig or Hairpiece, please put more percentage of John-HairCoat to be
mixed with Water than the percentage (amount) of " DIPPING"
under <2> below .
For example, please put 2 grams [or, 1 gram] of CW7882-SEV & 100 grams
of Water to be 2%-SEV [ or, 1%-SEV].
The reason is, the amount of ( ions of ) CW7882-SEV in the (small) sprayer
is of small number to get on surface of hair.>>
1. Please have a Hairpiece washed with
general water, some times if possible.
( More times of washing makes better effect !! )
2. Please make solution(John-HairCoat & Water) in the mixture ratio
( we did or will quote, or you like),
3. and put the mixture (solution) in a sprayer,
4. and spray the mixture (solution, John-HairCoat conditioner) to Hairpieces
or Wigs.
You can rub lightly and quickly each single (strand of) Hair of the Hairpiece
or Wig with your thumb and fingers while spraying in order to have the
mixture put onto allover the surface of hair evenly.
You can brush or comb the Hair fumbling and fingering with fingers.
In several seconds after having Hair treated
by spraying the John-HairCoat solution, the treatment ( Ionic Bonding)
will be done.
The (coating) effect is not changed when (after) washing, shampoo, and
rinsing.
MEANWHILE, IF YOU WANT TO DO IRONING,
PLEASE APPLY THE HAIRCOAT SOLUTION AFTER IRONING by spraying, OR 2 TIMES
- BEFORE IRONING AND AFTER IRONING. |

Q & A >>>>>
Q&A:
CUSTOMERS' QUESTIONS AND OUR ANSWERS ARE HERE.
Q-01: Mixture ratio ?
John: I would ask you to make mixture(solution) in 3 kinds of mixture
ratios for your tests.
(1) John-HairCoat (JK7882-SEV) : Water = 3 : 1000 ( 0.3% SOLUTION)
(2) John-HairCoat (JK7882-SEV) : Water = 5 : 1000 ( 0.5% SOLUTION)
(3) John-HairCoat (JK7882-SEV) : Water = 10 : 1000 ( 1 % SOLUTION)
(4) JK-HairCoat (JK7882-SEV) : Water = 20 : 1000 ( 2 % SOLUTION) - good
for Treatment by spraying
In mixing ( making the solution) according the the above 3 kinds of
ratios, please put 5 or 10 grams of our John-HairCoat for each of the
3 cases above.
( Please do not put 1 gram or 3 grams of JK7882-SEV which are too small
amount to weigh, measure, or see.
For example, for the ratio of 1: 100 (1%), please mix (put) 10 grams(or
ml) of JK-HairCoat JK7882-SEV ( neW product code of CW7882-SEV) and 1,000 grams of water, not '1 gram
(or ml) of JK7882-SEV and 100 grams of Water'.
( 1 gram = 1 ml, or 1 cc in case of water
and our HairCoats, not LEAD, not COTTON )
Q-02: "
Do I spray it on wet hair or dry hair?"
John: You do both ways. Theoretically, the water of wet hair may reduce
a little the mixture ratio of our JohnKorea HairCoat. But, it does not
matter that much.
Q-03: " How much JohnKorea
HairCoat (Permanent HairCoat, P-HairCoat) do I spray on the toupee? Should
I fully wet the toupee with P-HairCoat? "
John: Just spray John-HairCoat mixture ( John-HairCoat conditioner, John-HairCoat
solution) made by you one time on hair of a Toupee. Or, you can have a toupee
soaked ( wetted) in the P-HairCoat mixture in a container.
This
way (soaking, dipping) will make more Ionic Bonding on the hairs than
spraying.
When we do Acid treatment, Bleaching, Dyeing on Human hairpiece to make
Hairpiece in Bulk or Weft which are used in make Human Hair extension by
braiding or weaving, we put the P-HairCoat (CW7882-SEV) to water in the
ratio of 3: 1000 .
For
example, when we would process (hair-condition) 10 Kgs of Human hair at
a time, we put in 100 gr(ml) of CW7882-SEV and
50 Kgs (50,000 gr) of warm water in a big plastic container (0.2% solution).
In case of 5 Kgs of water, we put 25 ml of CW7882-SEV (0.5% solution) to treat 1 ~ 2 Kgs of human hair, and stir
up the mixture evenly, and dip (soak) 10 Kgs of Human
hair in the mixture.
When you have hair dipped (wetted), please fumble ( finger, kneed, massage
) the hair with fingers quickly and comb the hair in the mixture not to
be tangled and treated evenly with the mixture (HairCoat solution).
If you use warm water (40 Degree C ~ 45 Degreee C) in making the HairCoat
mixture, the Ionic bonding will be done more better.
Q-04: " How long do
I leave the hair conditioner soaking onto the hair of the toupee? Should
I leave it on for 5 minutes or 30 minutes? "
John: Just 10 seconds is enough. Leaving it on for 5 minutes or 5 hours
does not make any problem, but it may take your valuable time ( or your
customer's time).
Q-05: "Do I rinse
the hair coat off with water or let it dry on the toupee? "
John: After treating Hair or a Toupee with the John-HairCoat mixture by
spraying, or soaking (dipping), just leave the hair or Toupee dried in the
shade. Or, you can have it dried using a hair dryer with (cold air or) warm
air.
You do not need to wash off the Hair coat mixture from the hair or Toupee
because the amount of John-HairCoat is too small ( 0.3%, 1 %, or 4% ).
If you want to, you can rinse or shampoo the hair !! Then, the hair will
feel the effect of the rinse or shampoo additionally.
Q-06: Thank you for
shipping CW7882-SEV. I have a question, do I need to purchase any other
John-HairCoat ? What would be the benefit of having the other human hair
coat to use with this one (CW7882-SEV)?
John: All of our John-HairCoats have "Tangle-free effect.
Meanwhile if you have damaged, over-processed, or weak hair ( specially
Indian Hair), you can make a good change with our CW7885-RST.
Many overseas customers buy CW7882-SEV and CW7885-RST at the same time.
When you use or apply the 2 kinds of HairCoats (or John-HairCoats), you
can treat hair as follows;
(1) Please wash ( shampoo) the hair with water to get rid of Oil, Sweat,
Dust, etc.
(2) and treat it with CW7885-RST at first ( after drying it if possible)
(3) and in 10 seconds, 1 minute, 10 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day, wash it again
with water ( or water and shampoo), and dry it ( if possible),
and apply CW7882-SEV on the hair.
Or, you can have CW7882-SEV and CW7885-RST mixed at a time in the
ratio of 1:1 in to total to be 3% of the whole mixture;
CW7882-SEV: CW7885-RST: WATER = 1.5 ml:1.5 ml:1,000 ml (or, 3 ml : 3 ml : 2,000
ml)
For example, please make mixture for treating 2 Kgs ( 2 000 gr, 2,000 ml,
2 Liters ) of HAIR as follows;
......... Water(2,000 gr), CW7882-SEV(3 gr)
and CW7885-RST( 3 gr)
Washing or cleaning hair to get rid of oil, dust, dirt, sweat, etc from
hair makes much better effect of John-HairCoats.
IT TAKES 10 SECONDS THE CHEMICAL REACTION IS DONE (FINISHED).
After then, you can do washing, shampooing, rinsing with hot water, and
drying for styling with hot air because such things do not change the effects
of John-HairCoats.
Q&A: ONE
CUSTOMER'S QUESTIONS AND OUR ANSWERS ARE HERE.
Q-11. The hair is usually tied in 4 oz. bundles, do
I untie the bundles and spray the HairCoat
or can I keep the hair tied in bundles and spray from top to bottom?
<John> If you spray the HairCoat-Mixture
on the hair when it is tied, the HairCoat-mixture
will not reach the part of the hair where it is tied.
Q-12. Should the hair be sprayed when wet?
<John> The best is when the hair is dry, or the second best is when
the hair is a little wet.
Q-13. After I spray,
I should just let hair dry with HairCoat, no need to rewash hair? correct?
< John> No. No rewashing.
Please have the hair dried (in a hot oven or by hanging out in warm air)
after spraying the HairCoat solution on it. And you can re-wash the hair
if you have any reason to re-wash it.
Heat-drying (high temperature of drying, 80 degree Celsius, 1.5 hours as
minimum) will make more better effect of coating ( or filming, conditioning)
on the hair ( than drying in warm air or drying at low temperature..
Q-14. What is good temperature
to dry the hair with the HairCoat for maximum effect?
Or just leave in the sun and let hair air dry?
<John> It is 80 Degree C.( in case of Human hair). The proper time
(period) is 1.5 hours or 3 hours.
Or, if you do not have any drying oven, please leave the hair in the shade
to be dried for over 10 hours
at over 30 degree C.. Over 40 degree C is better than 30 degree C..
AFTER QUESTIONS AND MY ANSWERS ABOVE, THE
CUSTOMER ASKED ANOTHER QUESTIONS AS FOLLOWS;
Q-21: First wash the
hair I would like to treat in water (or maybe wash it with a deep-cleanser-shampoo
? Is that better than only water? )
<John>: Yes. Making hair off dirt, oil, and any thing is good for
better coating (filming, attaching) of our HairCoat (John HairCoat). Meanwhile,
please use SILICONE-FREE shampoo if possible.
Q-22. Let the hair dry
before treat ?.
< John > : Drying is better. But, not that much necessary. Just have
hair not much wet ( not having lots of water on it). "Too much wet " means
the percentage of HairCoat will be less owing to the amount of the water
on the hair.
Q-23. Fill a bucket with
10 Liters of warm water (1 Liter = 1000 gram) and then put in 0.5 dl (50
gram) of HairCoat (the HairCoat , CW7882-SEV) and then mix all together.
Then I can treat for example 1 Kg of hair in that mixture? Is it correct?
<John > Yes. You are right.
Meanwhile, 10,000 grams of Water & 50 grams of HairCoat is too much
for treating 1 Kg only (supposing the hair length is 18 inches).
Please (you can) have 0.1 Kgs ( 1 pc of hair extension or a wig), 0.3 Kgs
( 3 pcs of weavons) treated at a time by dipping (which you can hold with
one hand) for about 10 seconds (quickly) and do the same work 10 times,
totally 1 Kg or 3 Kgs.
PLEASE SEE OUR VIDEOS at www.HairCoat.com
on a desktop computer.
The videos will not play on a smart phone.
Q-24. Dip/soak the hair
and finger or fumble hairs very quickly (not making the hairs tangled) so
that the HairCoat conditioner can touch all the surface of each single hair
evenly. Maybe brush hairs in the mixture too.
<John >: Yes. OK.
Meanwhile, just for information. we do not do brushing because it takes
time.
The treatment can be ( or should be done) in 10 seconds. (The ionic bonding
is to be done in 10 seconds.) You do not need to give treatment to hair
for 30 seconds, 1 minute, or a longer time.
Q-25.
Then let it dry complete (I don't have a big oven..but maybe the kitchen-oven
will work if I have it on 70 degree Celsius?? hehe). But I will be careful
so the nail-keratin don't melt.
<John>: 70 degree C is good temperature for drying haircoat-treated
hair.
The drying time should be 2 hours as minimum if (in case) you can remove
much water from haircoat-treated hair before putting the hair into the kitchen-oven.
You can hand out the hair (on the clothsline) in the shadow until water
does not drop from the hair, and put the hair into the kitchen-oven. Then,
2 or 3 hours of drying time can be enough.
If you do not use such a oven or any kind of oven and a spin-dryer, you
can not avoid drying the hair by handing out the hair in air ( if possible,
inside of your workshop keeping off dust).
The temperature of the room or your workshop should be over 30 C, or higher
(by heating with a heater or a stove).
For extra information, there is another kind of Keratin material
( for example, our G195-D) which does not melt at even 100 degree Celsius.
Q-26. Then repeat from
"step 1 - step 5" with the CW7882-SEV. Is it correct to have the same ration
that I have with the restoration ? 10 Liter water and 0.5 dl HairCoat?)
<John > YES. Meanwhile, I would correct what you said again; "10 Liter
water and 0.5 dl HairCoat" should be saying " 1 Liter ( not 10 Liters) of
water and 50 grams of HairCoat".)
< John> Please use 5 grams of HairCoat to be mixed with 1,000 grams
of water, and have test-treatment with 100 gr or 1,000 gr of hair.
You can have (use) another 5 gr of HairCoat for another test. Please do
not put 50 gr at (for) the first test. I mean to tell you to save HairCoat
so that you can have several times (different conditions) of tests.
( "5 gr of HairCoat in 1,000 (5 gr X 200) grams of water [CASE A]
"
and " 50 gr of HairCoat in the water of 10,000 (50 gr X 200) grams of water
[CASE B]" are the same mixture ratio theoretically. But the [CASE
A] makes less coating effect on hair than [CASE B].
So, for your test using small amount of HairCoat , I said " Please use 5
gr of our HairCoat to be mixed with 1,000 gr of water,... .".
JUST MAKE (HAVE) ACTIONS ( TESTS) TO HAVE YOUR OWN WAY (FORMULA).

JohnKorea HairCoat does not cause any problems in bleaching or dyeing hair.
|
Ans. JohnKorea HairCoat applied to the top part of hair which will be inserted into the hard ring can cause problem that the hair may slip out of the hard ring. So please do not apply HairCoat to the top part about 1 cm at the top of the hair. |
JohnKorea HairCoat, CW7882-SEV is helpful.
|
JohnKorea HairCoat, CW7882-SEV is helpful in making hair SILKY STRAIGHT.
|
JohnKorea HairCoat, CW7882-SEV does not cause problems with curl-making, does not block heat conduction, but rather helps.

[[ WARNING ]]
When you use (take) SPRAYING-TREATMENT of HairCoat solution (liquid) INSTEAD
OF DIPPING-TREATMENT,
you can (or should) finger/massage/touch hairpieces in order to have the
solution go to all strands of hair.
Meanwhile, after then, when you start to
dry the HairCoat-treated Human hair(-pieces) in air, please KEEP
the hair NOT
TOUCHED/FINGERED/MASSAGED/BRUSHED until the hair
become FULLY DRIED. OTHERWISE, the film (layer) of
JohnKorea Hair
Coat on/around the hair can/will not be formed (built up) firmly &
evenly.
In case your hair is of Straight
texture (not Wavy, not Curly), please have HairCoat-treated hair
placed on
a tray or plate in a straight form just like a log,
or a stick,
and have it dried as it is,
then you can enjoy better
result, much better specially in case of drying
with
an oven. Which is
good and workable as well if you have got
to do hackling or wefting (sewing).

[[ VERY IMPORTANT TECHNICAL TIPS ]]
Even though this information is mentioned above, but, I am posting the below
technical tips here below.
The below is Q & A exchanged recently between a new customer and me.
Can you please email me clear instructions
how to use the hair coat because I do not think it is working.

A1. Please have your hair in warm water
(45°C) and leave the hair in the warm water for 10 minutes
or 30 minutes. Then, greasy dirt, oil, dust will (be ready to) come off
from HAIR.
(water temperature (45°C) + hair temerature ( proably lower than30°C) => around 40°C (final water temperature)
A2. and, wash the water with SHAMPOO (Silicone-free) to get rid or them,
A3. and wash the hair one more time with warm water only,
A4, and prepare warm water in a container, and put our HairCoat, CW7882-SEV
(or any HairCoat), and mix and stir them evenly and totally,
A5. and put HAIR( (or HAIR_PIECE) in the mixture (solution), and for 10
~ 20 seconds fingering (or fumbling
around), or brushing the HAIR in ( under) the solution in order to have
(the ION of) the HairCoat reach
every corner of every strand of hair.
A6. And have the HAIR dried in air. Keep awasy from dust and dirt.
After I put
the hair in the hair coats do I wash it? What do I do ?
No. No washing, but drying !
After you have your hair(-piece) treated with our HairCoat, YOU SHOULD HAVE
THE HAIR FULLY DRIED
AT HIGH TEMPERATURE (80 degree C.) FOR BETTER AND LONGER PERIOD OF COATING
EFFECTS. |

RE: MIXTURE RATIOS FOR JOHN KOREA HAIR COATS
QUESTION: How many Kgs of hair can be treated with
35 ml of a HairCoat (for example, CW7882-SEV)?
Answer: 11.7 Kgs of human hair can be treated using 35 ml of CW7882-SEV in case you use soaking method in applying.
35 ml can be mixed with 35 ml/3 (= 11.66) x 1,000
ml of water, 11,666 ml of water.
(11,666 ml = 11,666 grams = 11.666 kgs = 11.7 Kgs approx) in case you
make 0.3% solution
(3 : 1,000), or MIX-0.3%.
When you have 11.7 Kgs of mixture (solution),
you can have 11.7 Kgs of Human hair treated,
which we call "MIX-0.3%",
or "0.3% Solution.

MIX-2%: When you use a SPRAYER for treatment of the HairCoat, you may use 2% solution
( 2 ml of a hairCoat : 100 ml of Water). This mixture ratio is MUCH
MORE than 0.3% solution.
MIX-2% or MIX-1% is used for the TREATNMENT done with a sprayer.
(By spraying, all the ions of our hairCoat can not reach even and
enough to every part of each single
strand hair, and a lot of (the ion of) Haircoat is to be wasted.
So, more percentage of HairCoat should
be mixed with water.) |

MIX-0.3%:
When you would treat 3, OR 5 Kgs of hair at a time by DIPPING ,
then, you can use
0.3 solution ( 3 ml of a HairCoat + 1,000 ml of Water). [ 1,000
ml of water is equal to 1 Kg of Water]

MIX-0.05%:
In our hair processing ( hair-conditioning) in a large quantity,
10 Kgs at a time, we use
20 grams ( or, 20 ml) of CW7881-SS2 (or, CW7882-SEV) and 40,000
ml ( 40 Kgs) of water in the
mixture ratio of 0.05 % solution(20/40,000).
|
In case of small amount of hair such as 100 gram ( 1 pc
of weft or a wig ), 1 Kg, we count in the amount
of haircoat and the amount of water.
The amount of water is to be equal to the amount of hair to be hair-conditioned.
But, in case we treat large quantity of hair at a time,
we do not consider the amount of water. We just use
enough amount of WATER, 2 or 5 times as much as the amount of hair, so
that HAIR can be dipped in full
or sunk under the water.
