ARRANGEMENT for YOUR VISA to KOREA

  1. You place an order for our training course(s), equipment, or both.

  2. We confirm your order by issuing a Proforma Invoice, which includes the ordered items, total amount, delivery schedule (or training dates),
our bank account details, and other relevant information.

  3. You make payment by bank transfer (T/T or wire transfer) to our bank account.

    • If you do not need a visa to enter Korea, you may pay approximately 30% of the training fee in advance.

    • If you do need a visa, we require full payment in advance, or at least US$5,000.00 per trainee, before issuing the visa-support documents.

  4. After we receive your bank transfer, we ask our bank (Kookmin Bank) to issue an official Certificate of Receipt of your payment.

We then have the following documents notarized by a notary public:

    • the Certificate of Receipt of your T/T payment,

    • our Invitation Letter, and

    • other supporting documents listed below.

  5. We send the following documents by email, fax, and/or DHL for your visa application to the Korean Embassy or Consulate:

    (1) Our Invitation Letter
    (2) Our Proforma Invoice (Contract) confirming your order
    (3) The Certificate of Receipt of your T/T payment issued by our bank
    (4) A Hotel Reservation Certificate issued by the hotel where you (or we) have reserved your accommodation
    (5) Copies of our website pages to support your visa application
    (6) Our Business Registration Certificate (Korean and English versions)

  6. At the same time, we also send the above documents directly to the Korean Embassy or Consulate by fax and email.

Korean Embassies and Consulates overseas, as well as Immigration Officers at Incheon International Airport, are familiar with our company
and our business. To date, none of our trainees has been refused a Korean visa after we submitted the required invitation and supporting documents.

  7. After you submit your visa application with our Invitation Letter and supporting documents, in many cases the Korean Ambassador
or Consul in your country contacts us directly (John Yim in the Republic of Korea) to verify the information.

  8. If your visa application is unfortunately refused and you are therefore unable to come to Korea, we will refund your enrollment (down) payment
within 24 hours after receiving your bank account details.

Decades of experience. Proven technology. Real-world application.

Since 1984, we have manufactured and exported hand-made toupees, women’s wigs — both hand-made and machine-made, using human hair and synthetic fibers — as well as hairpieces and other hair goods, including lace closures, lace toppers, synthetic braids, and human hair wefts.

In 1992, as industry conditions evolved and global production structures shifted, we entered our second business phase and expanded beyond finished hair products into developing the machines, process systems, and chemical products used to produce wigs, hairpieces, and other hair goods.
In 2000, we further expanded into the production and export of base materials, including nets, meshes, and lace fabrics, as well as synthetic hair fibers used in wig and hairpiece manufacturing.

Alongside manufacturing, we have provided hands-on training worldwide — from large-scale factory programs involving thousands of workers to one-to-one training for professionals, company trainees, and complete beginners from more than 30 countries.

Through continuous collaboration with global buyers and partners, real market feedback is directly applied to our development process. This allows us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations, and create practical, scalable solutions that work in real production environments.

This complete cycle of manufacturing, technology development, education, and market feedback is what we call Integrated Wig Science.
