Quick Use Guide (Simple Version)
   
 
 

Prepare 1,000 ml of warm water (approximately 40 °C).
  Add 3 g (or 3 ml) of JK-HairCoat.  
  Mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds using a hand or spoon until evenly dispersed.  
 

Submerge the hair (wig, extensions, or wefts) for 7–10 seconds.

  
  Gently squeeze out excess solution.  
 

Dehydrate and dry (air-dry or heat-dry).

  
       
  Hair becomes smooth, silky, and easy to manage

Fundamental Principle (All Methods A–D)
All JK-HairCoat application methods (A, B, C, and D) are based on the same fundamental principle:
ionic bonding between cationic components released from JK-HairCoat and anionic sites on the hair surface.

This ionic bonding process is completed within approximately 5–10 seconds.
Once all available anionic sites are occupied, no additional bonding or coating thickness can occur, regardless of longer treatment time or higher solution volume.

Usage Instructions / Application Methods

General Preparations & Critical Notes (Applicable to A, B, C, D; or A-SQ, A-IQ, B, C, D)

I. Mandatory Pre-Treatment Condition (Common to All Methods)

Hair Must Be Properly Aligned and Brushed Before Treatment

■ Requirement

Before applying JK-HairCoat using any method (A-SQ, A-IQ, B, C, D), all hair must be properly brushed, aligned, and detangled.

Each individual hair strand within a bundle must be arranged straight, parallel, and directionally consistent, with at least one end evenly leveled

  

If hair strands are crossed, twisted, or mixed with short hairs, the solution cannot penetrate evenly.
This leads to tangling during drying and significant hair loss during subsequent processes such as hackling or large-scale combing.

Application Method A-SQ (Submerging – Small Quantity)
 

Technical Characteristics

  • Suitable for small to very large quantities (1 bundle to 20 kg+)

  • Lowest required concentration

  • Most stable and reproducible method

  • Time is not a critical factor once bonding is complete

    Typical Mixing Range

    • 0.0125% – 0.3% solution (100g/50~80 liters – 3g/1 liter)

    • Large quantities → lower ratio (100g/80 liters = 0.00125 (0.125%)

     

 

Before Application (Important Preparation)

✔ Hair must be pre-washed and clean
✔ Remove oil, silicone residue, dust, gum-like buildup, or contaminants
✔ Hair must be combed and aligned straight (parallel strands)

  • Before treatment, the hair must be properly combed and aligned.

  • Tangled hair prevents even chemical distribution and may cause
    severe tangling and hair loss during drying and subsequent processes.

  • Mixed short hair strands are a major cause of tangling and should be removed in advance.
  JK-HairCoat bonds to hair through ionic interaction.
  Any oil, silicone, or contamination will block bonding and reduce effectiveness.
   
 

Recommended Quantity (Reference)

  • Wigs: 100–200 g

  • Hair extensions / wefts: 100 g per bundle

  • Total per treatment: up to 1 kg

Solution Preparation

  1. Prepare clean, drinkable water

    • Recommended temperature: 40°C (104°F)

    • Water should be neutral (pH ≈ 7)

  2. Mix JK-HairCoat thoroughly:

    • Mixing ratio: approx. 0.3% solution

    • Example: 1,000 ml water + 3 ml JK-HairCoat
  Always mix fresh solution before use
  Do not store mixed solution for later use unless distilled water and sterile conditions are ensured.

Additional Technical Notes

  • Hair temperature affects water temperature
    (Cold hair will lower water temperature when immersed)

  • JK-HairCoat reacts best in pure water

  • Slightly alkaline conditions (pH ~8) are acceptable
For treating 1 Kg of raw hair, 10 pcs of 100 g wefts, several pcs of top closures,
prepare 1,000 ml (1,000 ml o r1,000 g) of warm water (40℃) in a container (long enough for hair length)
put a JK-HairCoat, 3 ml into the water (1,000 ml) in the ratio of 3:1,000 - 0.3% solution, and stir very fast the mixture with a stirring stick to be mixed evenly without build-ups (pileup) for 10 seconds as fast as possible,
Submerge the hair fully into the solution (JK-HairCoat solution) for 10 seconds, 1 minute, 10 minutes, or 1 hour,
(even 1 day, no problem and no big difference will happen to the hair)

— Hand Pressing & Rubbing

Using both hands:

  • Gently press, squeeze, and rub the hair

  • Ensure solution penetrates between all strands

  • Do not rush — even distribution is critical


— Duration

Soaking time may vary:

  • 10 seconds

  • 1 minute

  • Up to 10 minutes ( in fact, even 1 hour, no big difference happens.)

     

Longer soaking does not damage hair and does not cause negative effects.
   
For raw hair (purchased in bundles) or finished extensions with no curl/wave,
Comb the hair in the JK-HairCoat solution to ensure the solution is evenly distributed throughout the hair.

Finish by gently squeezing the hair before removal .
   
Do NOT use curved combs
   

 
 
Dehydration ( Before drying, you can do Dehydration build-ups )
 
Do NOT use vertical or up-and-down spinning dehydrators.
Do NOT use washing cycles in household drum machines.
Household washing machines with horizontal (left-right) rotation may be used, only when using the dehydration (spin) function.
   

 
   
   
Drying Instructions (Very Important)
 
Allow hair to dry naturally, or Dry in a warm room or drying machine.
Do not touch, pull, rub, or comb while hair is still warm
Let hair cool completely before handling
Touching or stretching warm hair may reduce coating durability.

Please do not touch (pull, stretch, rub, hackle) the hair when the hair is (feels) warm after drying using an oven.
 
   
The proper water temperature is 40℃ (after hair is put in). Meanwhile, when hair is cold (20℃, even 30℃ as well as lower than 10℃), you can use (mix) 45 or 50℃ of water
because the hair will change the water's temperature when you put (place) the hair in the water.
The water used to condition hair with JK-Haircoat should have a pH of 7 (neutral water).
JK-HairCoat reacts better in pure water with a pH of 8 or 9 (slightly alkaline water).		  

RE: Combs

Use only combs with flat, level tooth tips aligned in a straight line.
   
Combs or brushes designed for the human head shape must not be used, as they can cause tangling during hair processing.
   
 
   
Application Method A-IQ (Industrial-Quantity Submerging).
  A-IQ (Industrial-Quantity Submerging) is presented for reference purposes only.
It explains industrial-scale processing concepts and limitations, and is not intended for general users or salons.
  A-SQ, B, C, and D are practical application methods designed for real working environments such as salons, wig shops, professional workshops, and individual users.
  A-IQ explains the industry.
A-SQ, B, C, and D are used in real practice.
You can have many Kgs of hair (or many wigs) soaked/immersed () in the solution (mixture) for 10 seconds,
10 minutes, or 10 hours), and with a wide-tooth comb, please comb the hair in (under) the solution to arrange hairs not tangled (and straightened in case of raw hair) before drying work
For treating 10 Kgs in the video 01, we used ( mixed) as follows;
1) Water(40℃ after hair is put in): 30 Liters (30 Kgs)
2) HairCoat(JK7882-SEV): 60 ml (60 gr)
3) Mixture Ratio: 0.2%
([ 60/30000 = 0.002 (0.2% Solution)]

If we use 50 Liters of water, we put (mix) 100 ml of a HairCoat for treating 10 Kgs or more of hair.

For treating 20 Kgs of hair with a solution
1) Water(40℃ after hair is put in): 50 or 80 Liters
2) HairCoat(JK7882-SEV) : 100 ml (100 gr)
3) Mixture Ratio: 0.2 ~ 0.125%
[ 100 g/50000 g~ 100 g/80000 g = 0.002 ~0.00125 (0.2% solution ~ 0.125% solution)]

IN CASE OF MORE WATER, LESS MIXING RATIO OF HAIRCOAT IS TO BE MIXED.
If you want more effect, you can repeat treatment using the used haircoat solution with/without addition of haircoat.
If you want more effect, you can make & use higher percentage of haircoat solution.
 
   

Application Method B — Dipping & Squeezing Method
Method B is a mechanically assisted version of Method A.
It uses controlled physical motion to help the solution penetrate between hair strands more efficiently.

Typical Mixing Range

  • 0.3% – 0.5% solution

  • Medium quantities (0.5–5 kg)
Application Steps (A-IQ) Dipping & Squeezing for 0.5 or some Kgs of human hair at a time

For treating 1 Kg, 2 Kg, up to 5 Kgs of hair in the video 02 & 03, we mixed (used) as follows;
1) Water (40℃ after hair is put in): 5 Liters (5 Kgs)
2) HairCoat (JK7882-SEV): 25 ml (YOU CAN TRY 15 ML, OR LESS.)
3) Mixture Ratio: 0.5% [ 25/5000 = 0.005 ( 0.5% solution )]
 
 
and stir the mixture to be mixed evenly not making build-up (pileup) with a hand in a clean disposable glove or a rubber, or a scoop.
To avoid getting the JK-HairCoat on your hands, put on clean disposable gloves or rubber gloves.
 
(in case of dipping & squeezing method) dip the hair into the JK-HairCoat solution, massage (stroke, rub) for 3, 4 seconds, and squeeze the hair, and repeat dipping the hair and squeezing out the water (solution) three times, then turn it upside down and repeat dipping and squeezing 3 times to ensure that the JK-HairCoat solution reaches the entire hair.

 This work can be done in 10 seconds in total. That is, the ionic bonding will be done in 10 seconds.

IF YOU WANT MORE (THICKER) COATING EFFECT ( AFTER HAIR HAS BEEN DRIED), YOU CAN TREAT THE HAIR ONE MORE TIME WITH HAIRCOAT SOLUTION.
When we would treat another 5 kgs of hair after the above 5 kgs of hair, we add 15ml of CW7882-SEV to the solution used for the 1st 5 kgs.
 
The mixing ratio (always or each time) can be different according to hair's conditions (qualities, properties), what products you will make with the hair in case of raw material bulk hair, softness/silkiness amount(degree) you or your customer request(want), the amount (quantity) of hair to be treated at a time, the size of a container for putting and mixing a HairCoat and water will be mixed, treatment methods (soaking, dipping, rubbing, spraying).  
 

Application Method C — Spraying Method

  
  Method C is a non-immersion, low-contact method used when soaking or dipping is impractical.

Structural Limitations

EN

  • Significant solution loss into the air

  • Lower percentage of solution actually reaches the hair

  • Risk of spraying onto face, neck, or surroundings


Why Higher Concentration Is Required

Because delivery efficiency is low, the solution concentration must be increased to compensate for loss.


Typical Mixing Range

  • 0.5% – 1.0% solution

  • Volume-based measurement (ml) strongly recommended

 

   
Prepare 50 ml of warm water (40℃) 500 ml in a container (long enough for hair length)  
put a JK-HairCoat, 5 ml into the water (500 ml) in the ratio of 5:500 (1:100) - 1% solution, and stir the mixture with a stirring stick to be mixed evenly without build-ups (pileup) for 10 seconds as fast as possible,
and pout the solution into a sprayer, 		 
spray JK-HairCoat solution to human hairpiece, or a wig placed on a metal or plastic tray, or a styling(rubber) head
have the hair dried in air (natural drying), in a heated room, in an oven (drying machine).
Please have the dried hair cooled down for hours.
Please do not touch (pull, stretch, rub, hackle) the hair when the hair is (feels) warm after drying using an oven.

1% solution:
When you use a HAIR SPRAYER for treatment of the HairCoat, please make 1% solution
( 5 ml of a HairCoat : 500 ml of Water).

We call this mixing ratio "1% solution".
You may try 1.5% solution (7.5 ml of JK7882-SEV + 500 ml of water, or 2% solution.

This mixing ratio is MUCH MORE than 0.3% solution mentioned in the Use Instructions for Treatent Method A.

(By spraying, all the ions of our hairCoat can not reach even and enough to every part of
each single strand hair, and a lot of (the ion of) Haircoat is to be wasted in the air.Therefore, a higher percentage of HairCoat must be mixed with water.)

0.3% solution: When you would treat 3 Kgs (100 gram bundle x 15 pcs), or 5 Kgs of hair at a time by DIPPING
( Video 2 and 3 above),then, you can use 0.3% solution (3 ml of a HairCoat + 1,000 ml of Water).

( 1,000 ml of water is to be used in treating 1 Kg of human hair.)

0.05% solution: In our hair processing (hair-conditioning) by SOAKING/SUBMERGING (Video 1 abov in a large quantity,
10 Kgs, 20 Kgs of hair at a time, we use 100 grams ( or, 100 ml) of JK7881-SS2 (or, JK7882-SEV) and
50,000 ml (50 liters/50 Kgs) ~ 80 liters of water in the mixing ratio of 0.2 % solution(20/50,000) ~ 0.125 % solution (100/80,000).
100 g/50000 g ~ 100 g/80000 g = 0.002 ~ 0.00125 (0.2% solution ~ 0.125% solution) ==

Of course, the mixing ratio has functional relation with the effect you or your customer like, hair propertiese, hair's conditions, etc.
 
   

Application Method D — Tapping & Rubbing (Non-Immersion)
 

Conceptual Position

Method D is a maintenance and correction method applied to hair that is already worn or installed.

  • Surface-level delivery only

  • No deep penetration

  • Immediate tactile improvement

 
Prepare 50 ml of warm water (40℃) 500 ml in a container (long enough for hair length)
put a JK-HairCoat, 5ml into the water (500 ml) in the ratio of 5:500 (1:100) - 1% solution, and stir the mixture with a stirring stick to be mixed evenly without build-ups (pileup) for 10 seconds as fast as possible,
and pout the solution into a sprayer,
Place hair extensions or wigs on a tray or a flat plate (table), dampen (wet) a cotton or sponge
with the HairCoat solution, and rub it over the hair, top to bottom.
have the hair dried in air (NATURAL DRYING), in a heated room, in an oven (drying machine).
Please have the dried hair cooled down for hours.
Please do not touch (pull, stretch, rub, hackle) the hair when the hair is (feels) warm after drying using an oven.
 
 
 

6. One Unified Conclusion

  All four methods apply the same chemistry.
  The differences lie only in delivery efficiency, physical assistance, and working conditions.
  Understanding Method B provides the key to understanding why Methods A, C, and D behave as they


   
 
 
 

In case we treat hair by dipping method, the mixing ratio is,

Water : HairCoat JK7882-SEV = 1,000 : 3

With 1,003 ml of HairCoat Solution (1,000 ml of water and 3 ml of JK7882-SEV), you can treat 1,000 grams of hairpieces (about 9 or 10 pcs of wefts weighing 100 grams or 113 grams (1/4 pounds).
Your hair may need 1% solution when you treat very small amount of hair, 1 wig or 1 topper.
Question-1 : With 200 ml of a HairCoat, how many Kgs of hair can be treated/processed ?

Answer-1 : 66.6 Kgs

With 200 grams (200 ml) of a HairCoat, we can treat 66.6 Kgs of Human Hair.
With 1 Kg of HairCoat CW7882-SEV, we can have 333 Kgs of Human Hair treated by dipping.

Question-2 : In treating 10 Kgs of hair, what amount of a HairCoat is needed ?

Answer-2 : 30 gr (or 30 ml) of a HairCoat is needed.

10 Kgs (10,000 grams) of Human Hair can be treated with 30 gr (30 ml)
of a HairCoat, a 0.3% solution by DIPPING method.

Question-3 : How to apply for my wigs, 2 ~ 5 wigs ?
Usage Instructions - Very simple & easy ------
(1) Just prepare warm (40℃) drinkable water (1,000 ml or 1,000 grams) in a container, and
(2) put (mix) 3 grams of a HairCoat, in the ratio of 3 : 1000. We call this mixture " 0.3% SOLUTION", stir the water mixed evenly at fast speed by hand.
--------------- (Ex, 3 grams or ml of a HairCoat and 1000 grams or ml of water; )
(3) submerge Human hairpieces ( wigs, hair extensions) for 7~10 seconds ~ a few minutes, and
(4) have the hair dried. That is it.
 
When you make 0.3% solution, with 200 ml (or 200 grams) of CW7882-SEV you can treat 66.6 Kgs of hair or hairpieces by submerging, dipping method in large quantity, 10~20 Kgs <Video 1> , 1~2 Kgs<Video 2>.
In case you treat a hairpiece or a wig by spraying with a sprayer, you can use(make) a 1% SOLUTION (10 ml of a HairCoat :1000 ml of Water; 5 ml of a HairCoat :500 ml of Waterl). Then, you can treat 20 Kgs of hairpieces with a 200 ml bottle of a JK-HairCoat product. 20 Kgs means 20,000 grams.
