We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

Since 1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of hand-made toupees, women’s wigs — both hand-made and machine-made, using human hair and synthetic fibers — as well as hairpieces and other hair goods, including lace closures, lace toppers, synthetic braids, and human hair wefts, working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In 1992, as industry conditions evolved and global production structures shifted, we entered our second business phase.

In parallel with the continued manufacturing and export of toupees, wigs, and other hair goods, we expanded into the development, production, and global supply of machines and process systems used in wig manufacturing — including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment — as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bonding adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.

In 2000, we further expanded into the production and export of base materials, including nets, meshes, and lace fabrics, as well as synthetic hair fibers used in wig and hairpiece manufacturing.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants, through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.

These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses, and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.

Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats, welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters, and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency, cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations, adapt materials, and create new production methods that work not only in theory, but in real factories and real markets.

As a result, our chemical products, materials, and process systems are shaped by actual production results— delivering stable performance, consistent quality, reduced failure rates, scalable processes, and commercially viable outcomes.

This integrated cycle of manufacturing, machine development, chemical formulation, education, and global market feedback defines what we call Integrated Wig Science— practical knowledge built to perform, scale, and generate real business value.

ABOUT US

We are currently reorganizing and streamlining our website structure.

Over many years, our work expanded across multiple specialized fields within the wig and hair industry. As this work developed, the business naturally evolved through three distinct stages, shaped by changes in production environments, industry structure, and professional focus.

The first stage focused on manufacturing and international export. Beginning before the early 1990s and continuing into that period, this stage centered on the production and overseas supply of hair products. These included hand-made toupees and wigs, machine-made wefts and wigs, human hair in bulk and weft form, and synthetic hairpieces such as braids. The work was grounded in actual factory operations and export supply, establishing a practical manufacturing foundation.

In the early 1990s, production conditions across many Korean industries—including wig, footwear, and garment manufacturing—changed significantly, with factories closing or relocating overseas. During this transition, manufacturing operations were moved to China, while the business focus in Seoul shifted into the second stage.

The second stage expanded into industrial technology and infrastructure. This phase involved the development and use of manufacturing machinery such as weft machines, hair implanting machines, permanent waving machines, and drying systems. It also included netting materials such as fine monofilament nets, ultrasonic-welded nets, and HD lace. In parallel, extensive work was carried out in chemical products used in wig and toupee factories. This included researching, selecting, and sourcing raw materials and components—both granular and liquid forms—and formulating chemical products for use in wig and toupee factories, including bonds, glues, PU liquids, protective coatings, and permanent bonding systems.

The third stage began in 1998 and marked a transition into professional technical education. Based on accumulated hands-on experience across manufacturing and industrial development, structured training programs were established to transfer practical knowledge and integrated wig science to professionals.

For clarity and specialization, these diverse technical fields were originally presented as approximately 78 independent websites. At the time, creating multiple simple, focused websites was more efficient and practical than building one large, complex platform. Each site was designed to address a specific field, product, or technical topic, allowing clear communication without unnecessary overlap or complexity.

Even the domain names themselves reflected how narrowly each field was defined. Examples of these focused websites included:
www.hairschool.com, www.human haircoloring.com, www.wigdye.com, humanhaircurling.com, www.wigschool.com, www.wigmachine.com, www.wigcap.com, www.glue21.com, www.wigbond.com, www.weftscool.com, www.weftmachine.com, www.wigmaterials.com, and related specialized domains.

These websites were not created as promotional showcases or as an exercise in web development. They functioned as practical technical reference points built directly by a practitioner with real manufacturing, development, and production experience. The structure reflected how the work actually existed in practice.

As internet standards have evolved—particularly with the global shift toward secure HTTPS access—we are now consolidating these specialized sites into one unified and secure platform.

During this transition, some older links may not function properly and certain images or pages may be temporarily unavailable. Please be assured that all business operations, training programs, and communications remain fully active.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this reorganization.
