PURCHASING PROCESS – JK-HairCoat

1. Please let me know which JK-HairCoat product you are interested in.

2. I will send you the product details and price information for your review.

3. After you confirm the product and price,
please provide your shipping address, phone number, and email address.

4. We will issue a Proforma Invoice including your contact details, ordered product(s), and payment information.

5. You make the payment according to the Proforma Invoice.

6. Within 1 business day after payment is received, we will ship your order and provide:

• Commercial Invoice
• Tracking Number
• Use / application instructions

7. Delivery usually takes about 3 days, depending on your location and courier conditions.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment can be made by:

• T/T (Bank Transfer)
• Wise
• Western Union

IMPORTANT:
All bank charges must be paid by the payer (buyer), including:

• Sending bank charges
• Intermediary (correspondent) bank charges
• Receiving bank charges

This is to ensure that the full invoice amount is received without any deduction.

SHIPPING PROCESS

We normally ship by EMS Premium (Korea Post).

Since March 30, 2026, EMS Premium deliveries are handled by FedEx.
Final delivery will be made by FedEx.
