6 PRODUCTION METHODS

We train people on how to manufacture tape-in hair extensions
using six different production methods.

Method GG is the most widely used production method.

HANDS-ON TRAINING

How to manufacture hair extensions for tape-in hair extension systems
using double-sided adhesive tapes.

This training covers various tape-in hair and skin weft products, including:

Skin Weft, Tape Hair, Tape-In Hair, Tape-In Hair Extensions,
Mono Weft Extensions, Hand-Tied Tape Hair, Hand-Tied Skin Weft,
Tape Weft Hair, PU Skin Weft, and Seamless Skin Weft Hair Extensions.

We offer more than six different production methods for manufacturing
tape-in hair and skin weft products designed for tape-in hair extension systems
using double-sided adhesive tapes.

Training fees vary depending on the production method or
manufacturing technique.

GG: CHEMICAL METHOD OF SKIN(-based) HAIR made with liquid glue for Hair Extension System done with Double Sided Adhesive Tape. Some people call this "Skin Weft".

* GLUE to be used: G749-STH (unicomponent glue)

For a fee, we provide the manufacturing know-how of SKIN WEFTS (TAPE HAIR, TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS) done with glues.
The final product will be like the Skin Weft (Skin_based Hair, Tape Hair) shown at the below photo saying "PT-20170805-STH".

This manufacturing method does not need expensive equipments (machines, tools, chemicals).

HH: HAND-KNOTTING METHOD ( Some people call it "Hand-Tied Skin Weft".)

WE DO NOT TRAIN ONLINE FOR THIS METHOD BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HELP YOU LEARN ENOUGH.

THIS METHODS IS LABOR INTENSIVE. WE DO NOT TRAIN THIS METHOD ONLY FOR PRODUCING TAPE HAIR.
WE TRAIN THIS METHOD WHEN YOU TAKE OUR HANDS-ON-TRAINING FOR LACE WIG-MAKING, TOUPEE-MAKING, ETC.
WW: SEWING MACHINE & GLUING METHOD WITH G749-STH
* GLUE to be used: G749-STH (unicomponent glue)

PT: PRE-TIPPING METHOD (PRE-TIPPED HAIR MAKING)

* GLUE to be used: G195D (Keratin glue in paower form) solvent-free
MM: MECHANICAL METHOD OF SKIN-TAPE HAIR MAKING IN MASS PRODUCTION & BEST APPEARANCE:

<> Online Training is not available because the training must be done with newly developed Skin-Tape hair producing machine set & specially developed materials.

This method needs 2 expensive machines. One ( main) machine of both is ? .
The other machine is ? . While you train how to operate the machines and how to produce the Skinn-Tape hairpieces, you or we can know you need to buy the machine from us or, you can buy ( or, make) such kind of a machine in your country.

This method is for mass production system in consistent & fine quality .

Our video shows the product finished with our 2 machines, which we have not put Double Sided Tapes on it yet.

When we produce the SKin-Tape hair, the adhesive tapes will be attached onto the Skin-Tape Hair automatically when the SkinTape hair is produced.
SM: SEALING METHOD

We do not supply sealng machines and training course.
